We are delighted to present our proposal for a conference on the theme “Role of Non-Governmental Organizations in achieving Sustainable Development Goals,” to be hosted by the Federation of PBOs formerly NGO Council and Kenyatta University. This conference aims to bring together practitioners, scholars, policymakers, and development partners to explore the instrumental role that Public Benefit Organizations (Non-Governmental Organizations) play in realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined by the United Nations. The conference will serve as a platform for sharing best practices, experiences and research that contribute to sustainable development efforts locally and globally.
The conference will be open and addressed by Prime Cabinet Secretary of the Republic of Kenya, H.E Hon Musalia Mudavadi and closed by Minister of Interior and National Administration, Hon Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen and attended by a number of Ambassadors and High Commissioner including UN Country Representative.
